Having been in this field for nearly two decades, I truly believe in the power of research led, data driven insights. I believe software design itself is the proof that we are asking the right questions and through design thinking we are solving the best problems. I believe software is a product of culture, and that a high functioning design culture will organically produce high functioning software products. I support these beliefs through rigor and processes that generate systems, enabling designers and design researchers to do their best work within an organization.
